Meet Jose

This is Jose. Jose is an asshole.

But Jose is not an ordinary asshole. He is an asshole by choice.

Here is Jose's resume;

See what I mean?

Jose wants to be a terrorist, but he says we can't try him because he is crazy.

He makes a good point.

However, a federal judge ruled that Jose is competent to face terrorism charges.
Judge Marcia Cooke's decision clears the way for the start of Jose's trial, scheduled for April 16.

So now it looks as though Jose will get his wish. He will officially be a terrorist.

Be careful what you wish for asshole, I mean Jose.
