Microwave Apple Crisp

I love apple crisp, and now it can be made in a microwave!

YES!!!

I don't know how 'crisp' it will be from a microwave, but I always pour milk on mine anyway, so who cares!

Microwave Apple Crisp

4 cups peeled & sliced Granny Smith apples

2 Tbl. lemon juice

Place apples in a 1-quart casserole.

Sprinkle w/lemon juice.

Microwave on high 2 1/2 to 4 min. until apples are tender crisp.

Set on side.

In small bowl:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

1/4 cup flour

1/4 (1/2 stick) butter

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Combine & microwave on high 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 min.

Stir half way through.
