Okay- Racial Profiling...most people get caught up in thinking of terrorists, middle eastern men, women wearing burkas, etc...

IT HAPPENS IN THE U.S. of A. everyday! Especially every summer.....when FOOTBALL COACHES start looking at their new potential players for the season....DOESN'T it?

And why is it not mentioned? Perhaps when a person with talent and the guts to back up a lot of hard work enters into an NFL contract and makes LOADS of CASH....who really cares if it all started with a RACIAL PROFILE?
