From Those Geniuses We Call Lawmakers

Can I do this on my Income Tax?

Form 1040, Line 7, Wages, Salaries, Tips, Etc.
A WHEELBARROW!

Yeah, that's the ticket!

From the San Antonio Express-News
The Texas Ethics Commission ruled in November that a public official in the Lone Star state, receiving money as a gift such as from a lobbyist, need disclose only that he received "a check" or "currency" and need not reveal the actual amount of money.
Said the district attorney in Austin, who was outraged by the ruling, it is now "perfectly legal to report the gift of 'a wheelbarrow' without reporting that the wheelbarrow was filled with cash."

Yea, Texas made the Blog. Who else would: elect an unscrupalous character as governor, continually re-elect him multiple times while he is facing criminal charges, vote in his wife while he is serving his prison sentence, then vote him back in after he had served his sentence (10 or so years)?

This is also the state were a more recent governor (when campaigning to be re-elected) stated "___ (I forgot what he was arguing for) is like rape, if it is inevitable, lay back and enjoy it." He made this statement during an election speech which was picked up by all the local networks.
