They deserve it. As would any woman who cheats on her husband.
On a related story (I was about 13 when this happened). My parents bowled in a league on Kelly AFB (my dad was career Air Force). An Airman's spouse was trying to sell her husband's fairly new Chevy van. She was asking everyone in the bowling alley if they were interested. A couple of guys thought she was joking and offered ridiculously low offers (the van was worth at least $3000-$7000). When one of them offered $600, she said sold. Still thinking she was joking, the guy forgot about and went about bowling. At the end of the night, she gave him a handwritten bill of sale and asked if he would drive her home, as she had driven the van. Her husband was on a short tour (6 months) in Korea. He had asked her for a divorce (I think he probably hooked up with a Korea woman) and gave her Power of Attorney to sell their property, including the van. She said his specific instructions were "to get whatever you can for it."
There is a true story about a man who bought a Ferreri for one dollar. The woman told a similar story about her husband leaving her. He had instructed her to sell his Ferreri and send all the money she received from it to him.
She did.
