Cheeseburger Meatloaf

  • Prep Time 5 min.
  • Cook Time 45 min.
  • Serves 4

1. Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 10 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2. Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended.
  • Pat meat mixture into 8-inch loaf pan. Bake 40 min. or until cooked through (160 degrees F).
  • Spread meat loaf with ketchup; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Yield: 4 servings
