True.
But who would you pick as a designated driver?
Any guess as to who spoke these words in 1973?

That would be Teddy K.
As far as having two systems, that was absolutely true years ago. Celebrities and politicians were pretty much exempt from the laws ordinary citizens were held to.
This is no longer the case, as evidenced by the arrest of Mel Gibson, one of the biggest and most powerful celebrities today.
Sadly, it seems politicians are still excluded from accountability.
