Harley Davidson Contest For Women

If you've inspired a woman to ride, encourage her to enter the Get Down to Daytona contest. When she submits a 90 second video about the person who kick-started her love of riding or helped improve her confidence and riding skills, she could win an expense paid ride with Karen Davidson to Bike Week '08. If you're lucky, she might even invite you along! Check out the Get Down to Daytona contest on H-D.com for official rules, a sample video, and more.
Submission deadline is November 15, 2007, 6:00 p.m. CST.

I think this xontest is a good opportunity for the women to show their motorcycle skill. And I think by such contest Harley company can expand its consumers in women. I meet many female friends on a site called bikerkiss. They tell me that they feel very happy to take part in the contest.

I've always supported women who choose to ride. I have been riding motorcycles since I was 11 years old. My Father started me young as he rode and raced bikes himself. I've loved them ever since, and I encourage anyone who has an interest in them to do it.

My wife rides motorcycles herself. However, she seems to prefer riding on the back of mine. It is more relaxing for her and she considers me a better rider. I did race pro for a few years. You have to learn fast and be fast when you're on the track!
