I have an idea for increasing highway safety dramatically in this country.
The inspiration for this idea comes from Geno.

I'll send it to the 'USDOPWTAHSARSFCATDAARED*'.

What they need to do is send couples vouchers for romantic evenings on the town in order to cause them to become much safer drivers about nine months later!

I think this will work. But let's try to keep Congress* out of this. They could screw even this up. They are pros, you know?
