Now You're Talking!

Hello!

I promised Tramp I would email him this recipe- you have to try it, I highly recommend it. To tone down the spice, use less hot sauce,
(read that MORE HOT SAUCE! - Tramp) and more Ranch ( or Blue Cheese) dressing. YUMMY!





















Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 (10 oz.) cans drained chunk chicken( or use Rotisserie, or left over. I use the canned, it is good)
2 (8 oz) cream cheese bricks- softened
1 Cup Ranch Dressing ( Hidden Valley brand works well) others may want to use BLEU CHEESE Dressing
¾ c. Franks Red Hot sauce or your favorite
1 ½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese- again I use the Mexican blend

Heat Chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half the shredded cheese and transfer to a Crock Pot. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese and cook on LOW until hot and bubbly.

Serve with Vegetables (Celery and Carrots), Tortilla Chips and regular Ritz crackers. Or even just a great big spoonful with nothing else…( make sure no one is watching.)
